Creating an account allows you to maintain personal watchlists, mark favorites, and synchronize watch history across devices. By creating an account, you agree to:

Use automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scripts to aggressively scrape catalog data or overwhelm streaming proxy handlers.

DDoS & Exploits

Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or inject malicious payloads into our web servers, database, or edge nodes.

Commercial Resale

Sell, license, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any part of our platform or user interface without explicit authorization.

Abuse & Impersonation

Impersonate other users, create deceptive accounts, or exploit security vulnerabilities for illicit gain.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Property: The HiAnime name, logo, custom user interface components, software codebase, visual designs, and styling are the intellectual property of HiAnime.

Third-Party Trademarks: All anime titles, images, characters, studio logos, and related artwork indexed or displayed within our catalog are the intellectual property and copyright of their respective producers, creators, and licensing studios. HiAnime claims no ownership or rights over third-party creative works.

5. External Links & Upstream Streaming Servers

Our service displays video stream playlists and media metadata sourced from external providers. We have no direct editorial or operational control over these third-party servers. Consequently:

•We do not warrant the quality, resolution, subtitles, or uninterrupted availability of third-party streams.
•We are not responsible for any advertisements, popups, or external trackers injected by upstream streaming providers.
•Interaction with external web hosts or services linked through our player is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Suspension & Account Termination
